Restaurant FRÖJ
Restaurant FRÖJ wants to offer a complete experience with food of the highest class. They only work with the best ingredients from the region mixed with ingredients from the rest of the Nordic region. They call the style modern Nordic cooking and it reflects the Nordic culture as it is today – they use traditional techniques and let themselves be influenced by other cultures around the world.
Behind Restaurant FRÖJ is the same gang as behind the successful restaurant HEJM. The restaurant is just a few steps from the hotel.

Restaurant HEJM
Restaurant HEJM opened in the summer of 2019 and is located at the harbor at Kalaranta in Vaasa.
Here you can take in the gorgeous view of the sea while enjoying seasonal food made from local raw products. To make food from local products is something we care about a lot and it is reflected in our menu, as well as our partnerships.

Restaurant Faros
At the quay of Kalaranta you will find Restaurant Faros along with the most spectacular view in Vaasa. Faros Restaurant is an old lightship that came to Vaasa in 1989 and has ever since worked as a restaurant. After an extensive renovation, the new Faros opened up its doors to a totally renewed and freshened restaurant in May 2013. The restaurant is open from April to December. The summer of 2018 we expanded and opened a second restaurant in connection to our terrace. We call it FYR.
