We really want to make to most of our breakfast, and we make as much as possible ourselves. In the breakfast room you can smell the scent of newly baked bread, waffles and other delicacies. We favour local producers and use as much as possible of their products. The vegetables, cheese, milk, eggs, herrings, jams and marmalades we use are from these local producers.
